Khalifa Foundation distributes relief aid to 6000 Tunisian families

The Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan Foundation has distributed aid to 6,150 underprivileged families in three Tunisian Governorates, Sousse, Monastir on the Tunisian coast, and Ben Arous, located south of the Tunisian capital.

An official source at the Khalifa Foundation said that the aid is in implementation of the directives of the President, His Highness Shaikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan and the follow-up of His Highness Shaikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces.

He added that the assistance will reach governorates which were not covered by the first phase of the programme, which included 39,000 underprivileged families.

He said that during this phase, aid will be distributed to 35,000 Tunisian families living in different governorates of Tunisia.
