The hospital has been established under the directives of President, His Highness Shaikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, and the support of Shaikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Abu Dhabi Crown Prince and Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, to provide advanced health services to both the nationals and expatriates.
The hospital will start receiving cases transferred from primary healthcare centres in the country.
