Chef Andy Toh’s gastronomic delights are being brought to Capital Club in Dubai, for a special Cantonese dining experience that will be held on Monday, September 1.

Andy, the Chef de Cuisine at Hakkasan Dubai, hails from Penang, Malaysia, and manages a team of 50 at the multiple award winning Hakkasan.
