Add several huesto your fitness regime, as ‘The Color Run’ returns to Dubai Autodrome on Saturday, November 29.

The five-kilometre event, which is held across the world, will see participants showered in coloured powder as they pass through the course’s four stations.

There are only two rules to follow: turn up in immaculate white, and cross the finish line plastered in colour.

The first run in Dubai saw 8,500 people running, walking and even cartwheeling their way around the course - with an age range from one to 100 years.

Registration opens at 9am on Thursday, August 28 at www.thecolorrun.ae or at Adventure HQ stores.

Entries cost Dhs140 each and include a gift pack, an event t-shirt, sweatband and colour pack. One dollar from each entry will go to charity.
