Fat to Fit challenge winner announced

WHO SAYS IT doen’t pay to lose weight? Jocelou Tubosa from Al Wahda Mall club took home a grand prize worth Dhs50,000 at the The 2013 Gold’s Gym UAE Fat to Fit challenge.

Jocelou managed to lose 8.6% fat and gained 3kg of muscle in 60 days and also trimmed down her BMI from 32 to 28.4. The challenge began in November 2013 for Gold’s Gym members with a view to gain a healthy body.

The 60 day Fat to Fit challenge ended on January 25^th with 30 contenders qualifying for the the final course that determined the overall winner.

Jocelou Tubosa says: “Exercise and diet helped me achieve this title. The constant support and motivation from trainers, the group classes and constant workout with weights as well as cardio helped me attain this title.”
