Ajman University partners with Tamouh for vaccine distribution

As part of its strategy to harness all its scientific, research and logistical expertise to support the UAE's deter-mined efforts against Covid-19, Ajman University (AU), in collaboration with Ajman Medical Zone and Tamouh Healthcare Company, has launched a screening and vaccination centre on campus at the Sheikh Zayed Center for Exhibitions and Conferences. This initiative is part of a scientific research partnership between AU and Tamouh Healthcare Company. The centre will offer free of charge DPI and PCR tests as well as the Covid-19 vaccine. Dr Karim Seghir, AU chancellor, said: "We are always pleased to collaborate with Tamouh Health-care Company to support the national goal of combatting the pandemic and providing the vaccine to everyone.""The opening of this centre is the first step in a partnership based on unifying efforts to address the pandemic, and paves the way for significant scientific initiatives and innovative research experiments in collaboration with the University's College of Medicine," said Abdullah Al Rashidi, CEO of Tamouh Healthcare Company.
