ADCB’s Privilege Club which offers premium services to qualified elite members was cited for its innovative banking products and services.
The ADCB also recently won for a third year, the Human Resources Development Award for “Emiratisation” in the banking industry.
ADCB’s feat was announced at the recent 11th National Career Exhibition in which the bank was cited for its strategic plan to increase the number of UAE nationals in its workforce.
ADCB is 64.8 per cent owned by the Abu Dhabi government though the Abu DhabiInvestment Council.
“We have successfully increased the number of UAE nationals being trained and employed within most of the bank’s departments and branches spread all over the United Arab Emirates,” said Ala’a Eraiqat, Chief Executive Officerof ABCB.
“We are committed to building on our achievements in the Emiritisation process and will continue to strive towards aligning the bank with the government’s strategy on Emiritisation,” he added.
