Al Adil Trading, the UAE's leading name for Indian foodstuff, is in a well-planned and well-strategised expansion plan, its top official says.
According to Dr Dhananjay (Jay) Datar, chairman and managing director of Al Adil Trading, the company has put in place a very well-thought-out plan to expand their regional presence in a strategic and dynamic manner.
In tune with the expansion plans, a new outlet was recently inaugurated in the heart of Al Ras in Deira, which he says is according to their market expansion plans.
"We have set in place a very strategy-oriented expansion plan and the opening of each outlet is a growing testimony to our belief in ourselves as well as the market," Dr Datar said.
"Our new outlet is well-equipped to meet the growing demand of people for authentic high-quality Indian foodstuff," he added.
"As the chairman and managing director, I have put in place a very detailed strategic expansion plan. The plan has been worked out based on various parameters. I also strongly believe that we Al Adil outlets should be within the easy reach of our customers. We believe in customer convenience and this determines the choice of our store locations. For customers convenience is good location and proximity to where they are living and this has been our focus while opening our retail stores across the UAE as well as other GCC countries."
"All our stores are easily accessible and provide a wide range of Indian foodstuff. Our products are noted for quality and over the years we have never had an instance of customer complaint on account of quality. For Indian expatriates as well as for expatriates from other parts of the globe, we have become the first choice when it comes to getting their preferred foodstuff including authentic masalas and spices," added Dr Datar.
"Today, thanks to the ever growing support base we have 31 branches and two spices and flour factories - a strong testimony to our hard work as well as identifying the needs of the customers and providing them with products that meet this need."
