Al Khail Gate to Deliver Additional 5,600 Units

Located at Al Khail Road, the Al Khail Gate development is an affordable housing community offering centrally located facilities to corporate and residential clients. Three months after its launch, Salwan has successfully leased out 3,835 units at the development and is currently offering pre-leasing options to clients interested in the second phase of the development.

“Several corporate clients have expressed significant interest in the Al Khail Gate community. Ranging from AED35,000 a year and onwards, the apartments are available in various sizes including 420 sq ft studio, 690 sq ft one bedroom, 966 sq ft two bedroom and 1,150 sq ft three bedroom apartments.
