Dubai — The American College of Dubai (ACD) has achieved re-accreditation of its Bachelors in Business Administration (BBA) and Associate of Science in Business degree programmes.

The college’s BBA programme is offered in four concentrations — Management, Finance, HR and Marketing while the Associate in Business is a two-year course from which students can directly enter the workforce whilst continuing their education to complete the BBA.

“Achieving Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research (MOHE&SR) re-accreditation is recognition that we are doing all the right things in serving our students and preparing them for successful careers,” commented ACD president William O’Brien.

He also praised the administration and faculty of the college for their diligent efforts in achieving this important milestone and thanked the ministry for their emphasis on quality and their continued partnership with institutions like the American College of Dubai to help ensure compliance with the high standards of accreditation.

The American College of Dubai, which opened its doors in 1991, is one of Dubai’s oldest post-secondary institutions offering university-level programmes.

In addition to its degree programmes, the college also features a university transfer option through which students can complete the first two years of the four-year university degree prior to transfer to the US, Canada or universities in the UAE for degree completion. All of its programmes are offered in both day and evening batches.
