Abu Dhabi’s Midein Holding has sold out 45 per cent of its water-front Amwaj Resort’s two skyscrapers in Umm Al Quwain.
The Danat and Murjan Towers are 62 stories each, and are integral components of a mixed use property project, which is benefiting from the recent recovery. Each of the two towers contains 1,204 apartments including studio apartments, one and two bed rooms units, offices and a five star hotel.
At a press conference, Omeir Al Dhaheri, chairman of Midein Holding, signed an agreement with Dubai construction firm, Liwa Building Contracting, and Belgium’s Willman Group, who each have a 24 per cent stake in the project.
