First phase of Bloom Gardens complete

Bloom Properties, a national holding company and an Abu Dhabi-based master developer of communities and lifestyle, has announced the completion of the construction works of Bloom Gardens, Phase 1.

Bloom Properties’ flagship project Bloom Gardens will have over 300 villas when completed. The handover and occupation of Phase 1, which compromises 123 villas, started on June 1. Imad El Baba, Chief Projects & Development Officer at Bloom Properties, said: “We are happy to welcome investors to Phase 1 of this unique project. We are confident that Bloom Gardens will set new benchmarks in community living and we thank all of our partners who have played key roles in enabling us to complete this venture.”

Epitomising a Mediterranean ambience, Bloom Gardens offers round the clock security and upscale amenities. Set in lush environs, Bloom Gardens features detached and semi-detached villas in addition to townhouses.

The community also includes the campus of Brighton College, one of the most prestigious schools in the UK. The Bloom Gardens community will be managed by Emirates International Property Services (EIPS) during the first year.

Recognising its community-friendly components, Bloom Gardens was commended the ‘Best Residential Development - Abu Dhabi’ and the ‘Best Residential Development - Arabian Region’ at the prestigious CNBC Arabia Property Awards 2009 and 2010.
