The integrated facilities management firm under Dubai World said the decision will raise Imdaad’s staff count by 25 per cent by the end of 2009. Imdaad sees this as a strategic necessity designed to meet the increasing demand for its services across an expanding geographical footprint.
“The decision to increase our manpower base is a forward-looking strategy. Imdaad has set ambitious targets for expansion in the region and to cement our leading position in the facilities management sector,” said Jamal Abdulla Lootah, Chief Executive Officer of Imdaad.
The recruitment plan is consistent with the steady expansion of its workforce over the past two years.
