The one-week road show, which kicked off in Kuwait, concluded in Dubai on Thursday. The road show travelled to Riyadh and Jeddah before making its final stop in Dubai.

The Middle East market is geographically close to Mauritius, said Xavier-Luc Duval, Mauritius Vice-Prime Minister and Minister of Tourism and Leisure. “Mauritius is well served by Emirates Airline throughout the year. A special terminal at Sir Seewoosagur Ramgoolam International Airport is dedicated to private jets,” he said.

Khalid Jaflah, Emirates Vice-President for commercial operations in the UAE, said the airline can play an important role in developing the tourism links between Dubai and the destinations it serves.

As part of the Mauritius Road show, Emirates Holidays has put together some destination packages starting from Dh 7,860 from Dubai.
