The service will cover Europe, Asia, Africa and the Middle East. Yahsat is the first satellite operator in the region to provide secure satellite service on the Ka band.
“YahSecure will address the satellite communications requirements of government and military of the region. It will cater to diverse customer segments including armed forces, border control, coast guards, embassy networks, government agencies by providing breach proof encryption services and robust levels of security for mission-critical applications,” said Jassem Al Zaabi, CEO of Yahsat.
YahSecure offers highly reliable and secure links with regional coverage through Yahsat’s Ka band satellite capacity for a range of applications.
The steerable Ka band beams help to quickly address changing requirements. Additionally there will be back-up networks for disaster recovery and secure communication networks.
