Xu, who is a car dealer, said he was impressed with the "spectacular design". "The number code (X) is the first letter of my name. I am planning to buy two more special number plates from Ras Al Khaimah with the same 'X' code for my family.”
Enthusiasts shell out millions of dirhams for special number plates. Indian businessman Balwinder Sahni shelled out a whopping Dh33 million for Dubai number plate D5.
