Video: Woman falls off treadmill, dies in freak accident

A woman tragically lost her life after falling off a treadmill.
In a video which has gone viral about the incident, the woman can be seen running on the treadmill.
Suddenly, she seems to lose energy and leans against the machine.
Seconds later she can be seen tumbling backwards from the ramp, striking her head on the floor.
Reports revealed that she had passed out and hit her head, causing an inter-cranial hemorrhage which ended her life.
