Some countries have announced the first day of Eid Al Adha after the Zul Hijjah moon was not sighted on Saturday night. The UAE will gate a five-day long holiday. 
According to reports, Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, Brunei and Greece officially announced that first day of Zul Hijjah will be August 13, hence Eid Al Adha - which falls on the tenth day of Zul Hijjah - will be on August 22.

Saudi Arabia had urged citizens to sight the Zul Hijjah crescent on Saturday evening.
Authorities in the Kingdom had announced a long 11-day Eid holiday.
