Traffic updates: Heavy congestion on these UAE roads

Dubai - Motorists are advised to take alternative routes wherever possible.

Motorists faced significant delays reported in UAE during the rush hour commute on Sunday morning.
In Dubai, an accident was reported on D57 Road towards Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road, causing heavy traffic delays, according to Google Maps.

Traffic disruptions caused delays in Dubai in Jumeirah Village, International City, Dubai Investments Park and on Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road.

Motorists travelling on Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road near Dubai Investments Park area were caught in long queues.  Slow moving traffic was reported on Ras Al Khor Industrial Area, and on the Dubai-Al Ain Road.


Congestion in Abu Dhabi resulted in tailbacks on Abu Dhabi- Al Ain Road, and on Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Street.


Heavy traffic in Sharjah was reported on the Maliha Kalba road, in Industrial Area 12 and near the National Paints Factory.
