It's estimated that 42,000 people visit the multicultural destination every day on average.
The addition of the Iraqi pavilion this year will also bring some new excitement to the shopping experience and allow guests to enjoy some of the rich culture the country offers.
In addition, the cultures represented this season include UAE, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Kuwait, Afghanistan, Africa, Americas, China, Egypt, Europe, India, Iran, Iraq, Japan, South Korea, Lebanon, Morocco, Pakistan, Palestine, Syria, Thailand, Turkey, Yemen, and Russia. The Al Sana'a and Khalifa Foundation pavilions are also returning this year.
Interestingly, Global Village will enhance its iconic Floating Market, a place for Asia's finest culinary dishes, with more space and a stunning new backdrop.
The Floating Market has been moved to a new location at the shore of the park's famous lake. This will also be the scene for the new fire fountain show, featuring a beautiful dragon creature that also hosts a stage for various live performances throughout the season.
Entry ticket to Global Village costs Dh15. Visitors can purchase also a VIP package which will go for sale online from September 4.
