Al Mazrouei honored with the Golden Friendship Award

Saud Salim Al Mazrouei, Director of Hamriyah Free Zone Authority,HFZA, and Sharjah Airport International Free Zone, SAIF Zone, was honoured with the Golden Friendship Award by the Indian Business and Professional Council Dubai  as part of its 67th Indian Republic Day celebrations.
A number of dignitaries, including T.P. Seetharam, Indian Ambassador in the UAE; Anurag Bhushan, the Consul-General of India; Abdullah Al Saleh, Under -Secretary at the Ministry of Economy, and top Indian business magnets attended the event.
While giving away the awards, the Indian Ambassador hailed the strategic ties between the UAE and India. He called for more trade between the two countries. Six other high-ranking Emiratis from different emirates were also honoured during the ceremony.
Over 6,000 Indian companies are operating from Hamriyah Free Zone and SAIF Zone. Both Free Zones offer world-class infrastructure, innovative services and facilities such as total ownership of businesses, repatriation of capital and profits and it also applies the one-stop-shop concept for the quick issuance of licenses.
