Tech giant Apple is looking to hire people for multiple positions in the UAE. The iPhone maker is looking for specialists, managers, technical experts for their products as well as candidates for the customer support service.

A recent survey has found that Apple is among the top five most attractive employers in the UAE among students in the fields of business, engineering and IT.

Below is the list of the jobs available at Apple in the UAE.

• Specialist: A candidate who can support customers by providing the right solutions and also support store team members. The candidate should have strong interest in technology, particularly Apple products, and have a keen interest in learning about new products and features. He/she should also have strong communication skills.

•Store Leader: As a store leader, the candidate will have to build and manage various teams that engage customers. He/she should be able to drive positive customer experiences and deliver measurable results, manage separate business groups and strong communication skills.

•Genius: The ‘Genius’ will be an expert at troubleshooting and repairing products. The selected candidate will also educate team members about products, while independently keeping his own technical know-how up to date. Candidate should have an aptitude for acquiring skills in technical repairs, excellent time management skills and can make decisions quickly. Multilingual ability is a plus. He/she needs to be flexible with the schedule as work hours will be based on business needs.

•Creative: The creative individual’s role will be to share his/her knowledge with store visitors. As a Creative, the main role at the Apple Store is that of an instructor, whether guiding small groups to learn or helping individuals to complete projects.

•Manager: The manager should have a diverse set of leadership skills, build and inspire high-performing teams to deliver positive experiences for customers. He/she will also oversee operations such as inventory and visual merchandising. The candidate will actively build teams – hiring, training and development team members in all disciplines.

•Senior Manager: People with strong tech know-how and management skills can apply for the post of senior manager. As a senior manager, he/she will guide other leaders to inspire top performance from their teams. Another role for the job involves monitoring multiple lines of business within the store to achieve operational objectives and collaborate with corporate business partners to report results.

•Operations Expert: The candidate ho will be in charge of the store’s entire inventory – products, parts, tools, supplies and everything else.

•Technical Expert: The technical specialist will assist customers offering them advice or solutions on the spot.
