The family destination is on a record-breaking spree as part of its 25th season celebrations, for which it intends to set 25 new Guinness World Record titles.
The most recent feat, accomplished on Valentine's Day, was for the "Largest Mosaic using stuffed toys".
The theme park used its iconic Carnaval Banana to create an eye-catching red heart made with over 400 giant bananas, measuring 144.8 square meters.
Evening to remember
While several couples enjoyed the park's V-day offerings, health worker Jessica and radiologist Mohammed from the UK enjoyed an especially wonderful evening together, thanks to the fun park.
Global Village gifted the couple an opportunity to dine in the Wheel of the World for a Valentine's Day like no other, after they won an online contest hosted by the park. Using the hashtag #GVWOW, guests were asked to tag their loved one on Instagram and explain why they deserved a romantic dinner as part of the social media competition.
Jessica wrote that she wanted to treat her partner as a special way of saying 'thank you' for supporting her through a difficult 2020. The pair, who moved to Dubai 10 days ago, enjoyed their evening overlooking the Global Village lake, which was lit with hearts for the occasion.
