Six fire teams are dealing with a fire that broke out in the garages in the industrial Sharq area, state news agency KUNA reported on Sunday.

According to Fire Service Directorate statement, the fire spread over an area of more than 600 square metres, causing heavy smoke plumes that covered surrounding areas.

Fire stations in Al Hilali, Madinah, Salmiya, Sabhan, Fahaheel, the and subordinate stations, are dealing with the fire.
