Dubai residents can now design and propose new routes to the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) via the RTA Dubai smart app.
Public transport users can propose new routes, modify existing ones, and can even vote on new proposals before they are adopted. The RTA hopes to increase users' satisfaction and happiness, and increase bus ridership.
