Sheikh Saif said that he is honoured to be part of the management team of the Ministry of Possibilities. He also stated that he has learned from Sheikh Mohammed that collaborative efforts can overcome obstacles, and excellence in performance is the path to leadership.

Sheikh Mohammed has assigned four ministers to carry out the functions of the newly launched virtual Ministry of Possibilities in its initial phase.
Lt. General Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Interior, has been assigned the Ministry's Department of Behavioral Rewards; Obaid bin Humaid Al Tayer, Minister of State for Financial Affairs, to be tasked with the Department of Government Procurement; Noura bint Mohammed Al Kaabi, Minister of Culture and Knowledge Development, assigned the Department of UAE Talent; and Ohoud bint Khalfan Al Roumi, Minister of State for Happiness and Wellbeing, for the Department of Anticipatory Services.
Sheikh Mohammed launched on Tuesday a virtual Ministry of Possibilities in the UAE to address pressing national portfolios and build future government systems.
The ministry works on important national matters and towards building new government systems for the future.
Among their first responsibilities, the ministry will build an e-platform to facilitate government purchases, shortening the process from 60 days to 6 minutes and discover talents in UAE children.
"The future brings challenges that require constant government restructuring," Sheikh Mohammed explained, "The word impossible does not exist in our dictionary. It is not part of our vision and will never be part of our future."
The Ministry of Possibilities will help redefine the concept of government by creating a platform for addressing radical changes in government systems, a statement on Sheikh Mohammed's official website read. The ministry will also 'showcase a new model for next generation government operations to the world' according to the statement.
