Watch: Emirati martyr's daughter recites poem to Sheikh Mohamed

The poem praises the UAE's rulers and their leadership.

After his martyrdom, one of the UAE's valiant servicemen Sergeant Khalid Ali Gharib Al-Beloushi was laid to rest earlier on Saturday in Al Qusais Cemetery.

The family of the bereaved was condoled by His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, who arrived in the family's home to personally send his condolences to the fallen soldier.

At the family's abode, the daughter of the Sergeant Beloushi approached the Crown Prince to present a poem. You can watch the poetic presentation in the video below.

The daughter's poem talks about a conversation she once had with her father about his service. The daughter proudly recites how her father was committed to raising the UAE flag while on tour of duty.

She also talks about how her father is confident in the UAE's leadership under The President, His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan and His Highness Shaikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai.
