As heavy fog descended upon UAE, including Dubai, throughout the week, photography enthusiasts drove around Dubai or made their way to the top of the many high-rise buildings around Shaikh Zayed Road, snapping breathtaking shots of the city engulfed in a sea of fog - including one of the most popular photography enthusiasts in the country.
His Highness Shaikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, known for his photography skills and adventurous spirit, took to one of the high rises on SZR and recorded a breathtaking (instagram story) video of the iconic Shaikh Zayed Road, world's tallest tower Burj Khalifa and other skyscrapers shrouded in fog - giving the city an almost dreamy city of clouds look.
Here are a few screengrabs from the video:
The official Dubai profile on Instagram also posted a video of the Prince's early morning excursion:
Shaikh Hamdan is also an avid traveller and usually share his photographs from his travels around the world and Dubai on Instagram.
He boasts of 4.6 million followers on the photo sharing platform and has posted nearly 1,700 posts to date.
Watch Shaikh Hamdan's fog video from earlier this month, that made headline in the country and was even reported by the Telegraph:
Not many capture Dubai better than its Crown Prince.
