Despite UAE laws requiring all private and public institutions to hire staff with special needs or disabilities, visually-impaired Dhawal Ganatra - who lost his job in Dubai several years ago due to his vision loss - says many people with disabilities are still unemployed and living on government help - a trend which is being reflected around the world.
