Oman's Al Dhahirah Governorate Police Department performed heroic rescues after heavy rains lashed the Sultanate.
This comes after many parts of the country were lashed with severe rain.
Several residents were stranded in flooded wadis prompting the Royal Oman Police to use helicopters to reach them.
The rescues were undertaken in cooperation with local citizens and Oman's General Authority of Civil Defense.
