Fancy having a HULK body? Well this Brazilian construction worker dreamed just that and now he is known locally as 'the monster' in the street. He's quite proud and says he is "delighted that people stare at him in the street."
The 48-year-old bodybuilder's arms measure a staggering 23 inches, having grown to double its size from 12 inches.
The journey of bulking up wasn't easy. Valdir Segato from Sao Paulo, Brazil, gained 25 kg as a result of painful synthol injections.
"They call me Hulk, Schwarzenegger and He-Man all the time and I like that. I've doubled my biceps but I still want to be bigger," he said, reports the Daily Mail.
According to the Daily Mail, the unnatural way doesn't actually make his muscles stronger, and could even prove fatal. He has been reportedly warned with serious health problems - including amputation - but he is happy the way he is.
His friend Fernando Carvalho da Silva told Daily Mail, "The oil thing is stupidity. He thinks it's good and I'm a friend so I stay quiet, but deep down I want to tell him to stop but he doesn't want to. He's happy like that. It's the risk he takes - he wants to look good and wants to be famous."
Segato told Daily Mail, "The doctors tell me to stop it, the advice they give me is to stop using. But it's my decision to use it because I want to, because I like to."
However he admits this beefcake body doesn't make him a chick magnet. In fact ladies find it repulsive and he even gets mocked at by children.
"I do get attention, but people seem to be scared to approach me, I think that's the problem. The worst thing is when people stop you and call you an ugly thing. But I don't care what people say, if I like myself, that's enough."
If you see his old pictures, you will be amazed at the transformation. He was a skinny drug addict and was known as 'Skinny Dog'.
"I got involved with drugs and I started losing weight because you don't eat, you lead a wrong life."
Then he quit drugs and followed a workout plan. However he didn't want an average physique. He resorted to muscle-enhancing substance for an addictive personality, and gradually bulked up from 55kg to 80kg.
Segato says he hopes to make a career from his body. He is still a few inches behind from the muscle man of the Middle East - Moustafa "Big Mo" Ismail from Egypt who has record-breaking 31 inch biceps.
