It was a terrifying ordeal for passengers of a Delta flight after one of its engines failed, forcing the plane to make an emergency landing in North Carolina. Delta Flight 1425 was headed to Baltimore from Atlanta on Monday with nearly 150 passengers onboard when the aircraft experienced a snag.
Recounting the scary flight, one passenger said, "After we heard the boom we just saw all this smoke come up into the cabin, and that's when we really started freaking out."
