103 complete police training courses

ABU DHABI — The training department affiliated to the Human Resources Department at the General Directorate of the Abu Dhabi Police has held a ceremony to celebrate the graduation of 103 trainees from the Abu Dhabi Police Department. They were trained in six training courses aimed at improving the police work and raising their efficiency levels.

The graduation ceremony was attended by the Director of Al Ain Police Directorate Lieutenant Colonel Hamad Ajlan Al Ameimy and Major Thany Batti Al Shamsi who attended on behalf of the Director of Training Department of the headquarters of Abu Dhabi Police. The training courses included, above all, the skills of directors in preparing the training documents, ways of improving customer service, the recent methods of planning and follow-up, and using PCs when preparing the financial schemes and plans. In addition, the training courses, which were held from May 20-24, also tackled the skills for inspection and detention.

The celebration started with a speech by Major Thany Al Shamsy reviewing the missions of the Training Department. Major Thany Al Shamsy, paid tribute to the trainees for their positive response to the training programmes.
