Many writers, media persons and others were present at its silver jubilee celebrations held recently in Dubai.

Inaugurated by Isaac John Pattaniparambil, Deputy Business Editor of Khaleej Times, the Sahrudaya Award function was organised by Kerala Readers and Writers Forum. The organisers remembered Mohammed Padiyath, a former expatriate writer and activist who was the founding president of All India Anti-Dowry Movement, on his fourth death anniversary. — news@khaleejtimes.com
