We cannot stress on how important Suhoor is, especially in places where the days are hot and humid.

That being the case, Suhoor is your best chance to stock up on energy for the rest of the day. While skipping Suhoor to catch on some extra sleep may sound like a good thing, it may leave you feeling lethargic.
1 Suhoor regulates sugar levels in your body, and prevents nausea associated with fasting.
2 Always try to consume foods that are high in carbohydrates for energy.
3 Wholemeal bread, cereals and brown rice are excellent choices.
4 Go for foods that are high in proteins such as eggs, meat or beans.
5 Include foods that are rich in fibre such as fruits and vegetables.
6 Drink plenty of water and keep yourself hydrated as the days get hotter.
