There are colourful portraits depicting scenes from the Mughal era, along with comfy chairs and couches that set the scene for a memorable gastronomic journey. The staff is friendly and offers quick service, can customise the spice levels and suggest different options from the wide range of meals on the menu, according to your preferences.
The chefs of Saleem's of Delhi work with recipes perfected in the original branch and have designed the menu according to the style and heritage of Mughali cuisine, giving emphasis to fare such as kebabs, biryani and curries. Some of the signature dishes include dum biryani, khamiri roti, kalmi kebab, mutton seekh kebab, and shahi tukra.
Furthermore, to offer different variations, the restaurant also runs unique promotions every month to keep the diners engaged. Last month's 'Kebab and Biryani' festival was a big hit and the wide variety of options and flavours got rave reviews. The restaurant also offers outdoor catering services to make special events more memorable.
Iftar menu: For Iftar, Saleem's of Delhi is offering a set menu that includes a welcome drink, cut fruits, dates, one vegetarian starter, two non-vegetarian starters, one vegetarian main course, two non- vegetarian main course, biryani and assorted bread, along with a dessert. You can break your fast with family and friends in the restaurant's cosy majlis style setting. It is priced at Dh49 per person.
