Parking will be free for four days in Abu Dhabi on the occasion of Eid Al Adha.
The Department of Municipal Affairs and Transport, in a post on Instagram, announced that parking will be free from Thursday, August 31 until Sunday, September 3. Parking charges will resume at 8am on Monday, September 4.
Bus services will operate as usual, the department added, following the regular schedule for Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
Free parking for four days in Dubai was announced by the Roads and Transport Authority earlier this week.
All paid parking zones in Dubai, except multi-level parking lots, will be free of charge from Thursday, August 31, and fees will be restored on Monday, September 4, 2017, the RTA said.
