Abu Dhabi offers support to Libyan court

ABU DHABI — The Abu Dhabi Judiciary Department (ADJD) has offered to provide the Libyan Supreme Court with technical and other support in various areas.

The ADJD recently received a high level judicial delegation from Libya headed by Kamal Bashir Al Dahan, the Chief Justice of Libyan Supreme Court.

Abdul Rahman Ali Ghanim, Chief Justice of Abu Dhabi Court of First Instance, met Dahan to discuss cooperation opportunities. They reviewed the new systems and technologies used by the ADJD in the different grades of litigation which led to vast improvements in term of performance and settlement rates of cases. Ghanim assured his guest that the ADJD is willing to provide with technical support to Libyan Supreme Court. —
