All customers buying a Dh500 ticket to enter the draw at ADDF will get a Scratch and Win card to their entry into the Dh1 million draw. The card can win them instant prizes of Dh50, Dh100 or Dh500 that can be spent at the duty free shops.
Mohamed Mounib, Managing Director of Abu Dhabi Duty Free, said: "We have been running the cash raffle programme for over 10 years and wish to offer our passengers something different from time to time. The Scratch and Win scheme, to run over the summer months alongside the ADDF Summer Fiesta, will create more of a festive feel and fun at the duty free shops. Potentially, customers could win back their Dh500 that they spent on the ticket, and still have a chance to win the Dh1 million main prize, but everyone will be a winner of a gift voucher.
Tickets for the "Be a Millionaire" raffle are available at the downtown City Terminal facility and at www.addf.ae and at Abu Dhabi and Al Ain duty frees where the gift vouchers issued will be valid until August 31, while the vouchers issued at the City Terminal, on the web site and at the Abu Dhabi International Airport landside shop will be valid until June 31.
