ADFD to buy villas in Sudan

ABU DHABI — The Abu Dhabi Fund for Development (ADFD) has signed an agreement with the government of Sudan to buy 40 investment villas.

The move undertaken at the instructions of Shaikh Mansour bin Zayed, Minister of Presidential Affairs and the Chairman of the board, aims at helping the Sudanese economy and boosting ties between the two countries.

Ahmed Sari Al Mazrouei reiterated that “the deal represents a developmental and investment opportunity for Sudan and lucrative for the ADFD. The project covers land area of 60,000 sq metres, of which each villa covers land area of 600 sqmetres.
