ADIB Direct, which is accessible across all devices including a mobile app, was introduced as a response to increased demand for convenient, cost-effective and remote banking services. Today, business clients are able to access all of ADIB's corporate banking facilities on the platform. Features available from ADIB Direct's customisable dashboard include cashflow forecasting, trade finance management, and foreign exchange services.
Recently, ADIB Direct has also added ADIB Office Banking, which provides a number of innovative remote-access banking solutions, such as cheque printing and cheque scanning, enabling ADIB customers to enjoy a fast and secure 24/7 banking experience without leaving their office.
The Covid-19 pandemic has further accelerated ADIB's progressive digital transformation strategy, which aims to boost the bank's productivity while enhancing its customers' banking experience. In the first half of 2020, ADIB recorded high levels of digital adoption across its corporate banking services with over 60 per cent of ADIB's business customers actively using ADIB Direct. This trend is expected to continue beyond the end of this year.
