ADIB Direct: Access to innovative banking solutions anytime, anywhere

Since its launch in 2019, ADIB Direct has helped automate a variety of treasury services for companies, providing them with significant cost and time saving efficiencies.
ADIB Direct, which is accessible across all devices including a mobile app, was introduced as a response to increased demand for convenient, cost-effective and remote banking services. Today, business clients are able to access all of ADIB's corporate banking facilities on the platform. The Covid-19 pandemic has further accelerated ADIB's progressive digital transformation strategy, which aims to boost the bank's productivity while enhancing its customers' banking experience. In the first half of 2020, ADIB recorded high levels of digital adoption across its corporate banking services with over 60 per cent of ADIB's business customers actively using ADIB Direct. This trend is expected to continue beyond the end of this year.
