Ajman Maps e-Gate launched

AJMAN - Chairman of the Department of Culture and Information and Head of Ajman Land Department Sheikh Abdul Aziz bin Humaid Al Nuaimi and Chairman of Municipality and Planning Sheikh Rashid Bin Humaid Al Nuaimi jointly launched today the Ajman Maps e-Gate, thus becoming the first two departments in the emirate to set up e-link between them.

The launching ceremony was attended by senior government officials in the emirate.

The Ajman Maps e-Gate is considered the third of its kind on the national level providing this service that comes in translation of the directives of the leadership for providing logistics services for investors and others.

The service uses electronic systems to facilitate transactions and deliver accurate information with high quality and speed utilising latest methods of modern technology.

The e-Gate is a system that contains interactive maps of the various areas in the emirate highlighting the administrative divisions, streets, buildings and plots of land, water and electricity infrastructure, communications and important sites using high-resolution aerial photographs.
