Al-Futtaim Health responds with full-scale Covid-19 plan

Private Covid-19 drive-thru testing centers by Al-Futtaim HealthHub is the UAE's first in the region.

With the fast-developing novel coronavirus (Covid-19) situation in the UAE, Al-Futtaim's HealthHub has launched a full scale Covid-19 response plan in line with national and international best practice clinical guidelines to proactively prevent and reduce infection and intervene early. This initiative will focus on the early identification of infection, isolation and contact tracing to flatten the curve and reduce the rate of infection.

Al-Futtaim health has announced the successful measures of its Covid-19 response plan since its inception on March 29, 2020, along with UAE's first in the region a private healthcare provider Covid-19 Drive-Thru by HealthHub at five locations across Dubai. To date, the healthcare provider has accumulated substantial figures through its clinics across Dubai and Covid-19 drive-thru facilities.

HealthHub Clinics in Dubai and drive thru's testing centres have conducted over 75,000 COVID-19 tests. Around 1,600 patients have fully recovered in HealthHub's extended field hospital including high-risk patients such as a four-year old cancer survivor who contracted the virus earlier in April.
