Art of cartoons

Organised by the Department of Health and Medical Services (Dohms), the Cartoon Characters Surprises is aimed at providing different aspects of via fun to children about topics including cartoon making techniques and the world of insects.

Famous cartoon characters will be used to help achieving highest levels of benefit and fund, said Hala Lootah, Head of Dohms Public Relations and Marketing Department.

Children will be assigned to innovate cartoon characters including drawing and colouring at workshops to be organised for them, she noted.

Besides, special corners at shopping malls will be equipped to broadcast a cartoon film prepared especially for the event, she said. Other activities include the Cartoon Jungle, Tarazan world, Kung Fu Academy, the cartoon hospital and the fun city.
