Brocolli aloo paneer korma

Serves: 4
Ingredients
Broccoli florets 1 cup
Potato, boiled, peeled, chopped 1 cup
Paneer cubes 1 cup
Coriander leaves, chopped 2 tbsp
Onion, sliced 1 pc
Garlic, crushed 3 cloves
Green chilli, chopped 2 pc
Tomato, large, chopped 1 pc
Red chilli powder 1 tsp
Turmeric powder ¼ tsp
Coriander powder 1 tbsp
Oil 3 tbsp
Jeera 1 tsp
Salt To taste
Method
Heat oil in a pan and add jeera. When it starts to crackle, add onion, garlic and green chilli. Sauté till light brown.
Add tomato, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and coriander powder and cook for 2 minutes.
Add broccoli, potato and salt and cook again for 3-4 minutes.
Lastly, add paneer and coriander. Cook for 1 minute.
Serve hot.
