A car fire was immediately contained in UAE by the Civil Defence, avoiding further damage to the car and surrounding area.
Ajman Civil Defence controlled a fire that broke out in a car in Al Jurf 2 area, according to a statement issued on Saturday.
No injuries were reported in the incident.
Major Marwan Al Shamsi, Communication Center Officer, said that a report was received at 1:40 am regarding a car on fire vehicle in Al Jurf area.
Teams of civil defence and national ambulance reached the location within three minutes and brought the fire under control.
The car was handed over the concerned authorities for further investigation, he noted.

Al Shamsi urged all motorists to maintain their vehicles by getting it routinely checked by professionals, stressing that all cars must be equipped with a fire extinguisher and first aid kit - with the motorist have received training on how to use them.
