Chicken Caesar salad

Serves: 1
Ingredients
Romaine lettuce mix 170 gm
Croutons 1 ¼ cup
Caesar dressing 55 gm
Chicken breast 170 gm
Parmesan cheese, grated 2 ½ tbsp
Extra virgin olive oil as needed
Method
Pre-heat the grill up to 375°F, then grease with oil.
Once the grill is hot, place the chicken on the grill.
After 2 minutes, adjust the meat to achieve perfect grill diamond marks.
Cook again for 2 minutes; repeat with the other side so each side is cooked for a total of 4 minutes.
Remove the chicken from the grill and place on a cutting board, and slice into ¼-inch strips.
Place the romaine lettuce, croutons and dressing in a bowl.
Gently toss until the dressing evenly covers the lettuce and the croutons. Spoon the salad mix into a serving plate and place the chicken strips on top of it; top with Parmesan cheese. Serve.
