Ingredients
Wonton sheet 30 gm
Chicken thigh, minced 100 gm
Shitake mushroom, finely chopped 30 gm
Spring onion, finely chopped 10 gm
Coriander, chopped 10 gm
Onion shallot, finely chopped 15 gm
Salt 2 gm
Sugar 3 gm
Fish sauce 5 ml
Garlic 3 gm
Oyster sauce 2 ml
Bok choy, cut small 30 gm
Soya sauce 20 ml
Method
In a medium-sized mixing bowl, mix the minced chicken with all the chopped vegetables and all seasoning (salt, sugar, fish sauce, garlic and oyster sauce) for at least 3 minutes or until ingredients are mixed well.
Set aside in the chiller for 15 minutes.
Stuff a tablespoon full of the mixed ingredients in a single wonton sheet.
Wrap it around to lock in the stuffing inside the sheet.
Once finished, place the stuffed wonton sheets in a steamer.
Steam for about 10 minutes.
Serve the dim sums hot along with sautéed bok choy and soya sauce.
