To be organised at the Deira City Centre on July 10, 11 and 12 at 8.30pm, the Summer Kids Fashion Show will involve children in the age-group of 5 to 13 years, where they will showcase casual dresses and other summer apparels.
The children will be trained by Senze Group, which has vast experience in organising various fashion shows for the little ones.
Maryam Arhama, DSS Sponsor Events Coordinator, said: "The Summer Kids Fashion Show is primarily aimed at involving more children in the various activities showcased during the extravaganza. The fashion shows demonstrate ways of how children can play a big part in the 10-week excitement, by being part of an event which is close to their hearts."
Prisme International will be sponsoring the event as well as MH Al Shaya Co, which will present its collection and other children's accessories from Mothercare and Tammy on July 10, while Next and Limited Too will present their collections on July 11.
Debenhams will present its shows on July 12.
Approximately 25-30 children will be doing the catwalk every day and the stage settings and clothes will complement the DSS theme - Big Fun for Little Ones.
"The shows will present a world of latest summer fashion apparels and accessories in a novel and creative way, showcased by children themselves. The fashion shows will be an ideal destination to discover fine quality children's clothing, including designer kids' clothes, beautiful dresses for girls and boys, tailored for a special occasion, holiday or sports," added Maryam.
